Over the past decades, the percentage of people with overweight and obesity problems has been steadily increasing, along with associated chronic health problems. Much of this issue stems from insufficient awareness, the complexity of the problem, misinformation in the media, and a lack of motivation and support. According to some experts, 71% of men and nearly 57% of women in the Czech Republic suffer from overweight or obesity, the highest in history.

You may not belong to this group, but you may still struggle with health problems, lack of energy, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating. You may have already tried numerous modern diets to lose weight guaranteed and quickly, only to end up back where you started after a while. Or perhaps you simply feel the need to enhance your life and ensure that you remain healthy, vital, and energetic even in retirement?

My work as a nutrition specialist and healthy lifestyle coach encompasses all the aforementioned factors. I provide my clients with my experiences, knowledge, support, and easily implementable strategies. Throughout our collaboration, I encourage and continually motivate them to adopt healthier lifestyle habits and take control of their health. I offer nutritional counseling and coaching in key healthy lifestyle components, including weight loss, health, proper nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and healthy lifestyle practices.

However, most importantly, everything is tailored directly to you. This means that based on your current health status and lifestyle, I plan everything so that the chosen approach is realistically achievable and easily implementable into your life. You don't have to worry, you won't be following any diets. My experience with each client has shown that once we properly nourish the body with the necessary nutrients in the right balance, the body stops sending signals that constantly urge you to eat something, have uncontrollable cravings for sweets, or battle ravenous hunger.

Furthermore, a significant number of clients begin to reduce their medication dosages (of course, after discussion with their doctor) and the excess weight that the body holds begins to disappear through our collaboration. This is all because hormonal signals start functioning properly again and the body moves out of emergency mode, where it stores excess energy in the form of fats, into an optimal state. I design the program to ensure the right ratio of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, nourishing the body at a cellular level, and thus enabling all other bodily functions to start functioning properly again.

All of this can be verified through blood markers such as your glycemia (blood sugar level), cholesterol level, CRP (inflammation), and other indicators, where significant improvements or even achieving ideal blood values are seen with clients. 

CONSULTATION

During our consultation, we will assess your current health situation and establish your goals. Based on this, I will devise a specific strategy for you, consisting of appropriately chosen nutrient ratios, the necessary amount of calories/kilojoules, and steps to reach this goal, including a customized meal plan. I will educate you on nutrition and explain every step we take so that you understand why we choose this particular approach. Weight loss and healing are not about a miraculous cure but about knowledge and implementing recommended steps into your life. However, we will choose everything gradually and avoid making any radical changes.

You will gradually discover how to improve the quality of your everyday life. I will support and motivate you to achieve your set goals as easily as possible, aiming for a healthy weight that we established at the beginning of our collaboration. Importantly, you will be motivated by your own results, newfound energy, and overall sense of health.

I will equip you with practical advice, information, and practices that will facilitate this transformation towards a new life philosophy, bringing you closer to longevity and vitality even in old age.
